Cancellation Policy

Conditions for termination

Meditation Expert, we know that life is unpredictable and plans may change. Our cancelation terms are designed to be fair and ensure a smooth process for both our customers and our instructors.

1. Session Cancelations

Cancelations are made at the initiative of the client:

Cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be refunded in full or the appointment will be rescheduled.
Cancelations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded unless it is an emergency.
No-shows are not entitled to a refund or rescheduling of the appointment.

Cancelations at the instigation of the course instructor:

If your lesson is canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, you have the choice of a full refund or rescheduling.

2. Cancelations of subscriptions and memberships

Monthly or annual meditation memberships can be canceled at any time.
If you cancel before the next billing period, you will not be charged for the upcoming period.
Partial months or unused sessions will not be refunded.

3. Cancelations of retreats and workshops

Cancelations made at least 14 days prior to a retreat or workshop will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
Cancelations made 7-13 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancelations made less than 7 days prior to the event will not be refunded.

4. Special circumstances

We know that emergencies can happen. If you run into an unexpected situation, please contact us at contact@meditationexpert.site/+1-(606) 464-3824. and we will review refund or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.
