Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide you with a peaceful and fulfilling experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price under the conditions below.
2. Refund eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
Online courses and digital products: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided the course or content has not been extensively accessed or downloaded.
Live meditation sessions and workshops: Refunds are available if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. No full refunds are available for late cancelations.
Subscription services: If you have taken out a subscription, you may request a refund within the first 3 days of your first subscription. After this time period, cancelations will be considered for the next billing cycle.
3. Non-refundable items
We do not offer refunds for:
Completed live sessions or individual sessions.
Meditation plans or consultations that have already been delivered.
Gift cards or promotional purchases.
Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior cancelation.
